The motor is out of my antenna and I also have the one in the back window. Is there a way to use the one in the window to run to the aftermarket head unit. Do I need a special adapter. Looking for advise!!!!!!!!!

what is the one on the back window for, a cell phone or somthing? all antennas follow the same basic principles, so if you could find an adpater for your current one it should work fine on the headunit.

I am assuming that you are talking about the antenna IN your back window. That antenna is the diversity antenna, and is the smaller antenna plug behind the radio. I would imagine it would plug in because the center pins are the same size, but you probably won't get good reception because the outside of the small antenna won't touch the inside of the antenna hole. The radio will need to see the ground that the outside of the antenna provides in order to get good reception.
And not all antennas are the same, the shape and size determines what frequencies that the antenna can pick up. So if you have a cell phone antenna or some other antenna on your car, it won't work.
Your best bet would be to get a new power antenna, either from the dealershit, or from somewhere like Circuit City, which would be cheaper than satan. I got mine from CC and it looks just like the factory one and works great. Another option you could do is get a non powered antenna and take out the old one... it just depends on what you want to do and how much you want to spend.
I hope the helps out
