Face the subs to the back or straight up. Do not fire them towards the front, as you will lose sound pressure.

well damn, im just audiophyls lil bitch. agreed once again. you get points brother. emoji

to add on to this....the comps are quite nice, the seem fairly "smooth" to me in thier recommended sealed enclosure, and they get nice and loud in the ported enclosure. IMO, one of the best buys as far as subs go. you wont be dissapointed.

:shhh: i do cocaine :/shhh:

I also agree with ^^^^^ You can get +3db by facing the subs towards the back. For the price, they are probably the best subs you can get, but I would have spent the little extra for the comp vr's. As far as the amp is concerned, I am not a very big fan of that brand. Kinda low end. Just my .02! All that matters is that you are happy. I would say get it hooked up and when you can. upgrade to a better amp.
