I'm thinking about replacing all the stock speakers, but what size do we have...I just have an ESi, and I don't think I had the infinity stereo system in my car, so what do I have...
Crutchfield says there is 4" dash, 6-3/4" front, and 6x9" rears, if I had the infinity stereo...
W/O the infinity I should have 4" dash, 6-3/4" front, and 6-3/4" rears.
My prob...my back speakers have been replaced with aftermarket speakers that are too small and the opening around the speaker looks like it was made for a 6x9, but when I pulled the stock deck out it wasn't the infinity...any clue what size I need to get???

Crutchfield is actually wrong about the sizes for our cars. The actual sizes are a 6x9 in the rear, 5.25 in the door and a 2" tweeter in the dash.
Best recommendations: 6.5" component set for the front and a 6.5" coaxil for the rear.
Before everyone blasts me, I recommend a 6.5" because most of us add subs. If you are adding subs, use a round speaker, which will give better sound quality, and get the bass from the subs. If you do not plan on adding subs, use a "shallow" 6x9.

My 95 esi came with
>dash tweeters (the size i dont know) >5.25" speakers in the front doors >6.5" speakers in the rear quarter panel.
This is all because I did not have the infinity system. If you have the infinity system then you should have dash tweeters, 6.5 speakers in the front doors, and 6x9 speakers in the rear quarter panels.
