im lookin to upgrade the front and rear 6.5" speakers.i got 2 jensen 12"subs and a volfenhag 700 watt amp bass sounds real good juss need my highs and midrange i'll be upgradin the 12s soon havent made up my mind yet though on wut brand 12s to go with...but i have no clue on the 6.5s i'm thinkin bout upgradin them andadd more 6.5s in kicker panels.....summin else how can u find out how many db ur pushin???

try your local car audio store, they should have a db meter of some sort...or at least i would think so. the one near here has one they put up by your rearview mirror and measure it.

Well, I (Like most guys on this forum) are gonna tell you to go buy some Polk Momo Components ($350), Alpine Type R's ($300), Kickers, MB Quarts, and things of that nature.

But since you have Jensen subs and some amp I've never heard of...I'm guessing you go with cheaper stuff. In that case I don't know of a "cheap" component set for you to get.

Here's a thought. Save your money, get stuff that kicks ass. You'll be happier in the end.

yea i want tha good stuff....the only reason i got what i got now is cas they was cheap i got the 12s and the box from a friend for $80 and traded a ring(from my fiance old boyfriend)so the ring didnt mean ne thing to me so i traded it for the amp which was a $200 amp ....it sounds good now i just wanna upgrade everything...thinkin bout goin with the type r

a cheap solution is to go with some infinity kappa's with a small amp, sound is real nice, or if you wanna go on the upper end of the spectrum, get some Focal Utopias, you wont be disappointed
