#453, "upgrading speakers"

I want to upgrade the speakers on my car and I want to put 6x9's in the rear. I tried MS recycling and they act like they dont respond to emails so I want to try to modify my stock speaker pods. I have a dremel tool and just wanted to know how involved modifying the stock pods will be and what I have to do exactly.

one think you gotta look out for is how deep the speaker your getting... i have that problem and the side panal doesnt fit lol... it pisses me off also if the speaker is a little bit wider just get your dremel and carve that shit out they have a plug on the stock speakers you are gonna have to cut those plugs and use the wires on the new speakers
