ok so i am tryin to make this box flat so i have soe trunk room.
my question is can the bottom of the sub, magnet part, touch the bottom of the box. if i can what are some repercusions of doin so.

When building the box, you need to leave some space between the magnet and the bottom of the box. This will keep the box from "rattling" and also allow air to flow around the voice coil. Keeping this are cool is key.
