Since my remote wire will be turning on my antenna... can I just run a wire from my acc. to the amps and use that as the remote turn on switch? Or should i split my antenna/ remote lead and use that to turn on my amps and the antenna...
Any help on this would be appreciated.

Yes, you can an acc wire to turn on your amps, but your amps will always be on when the car is on. If your head unit has only one remote turn on wire/power ant wire, then you can tap off of that to run both. I know that some headunits have 2 turn on wires, one for a power ant, and one for amps. Be sure to use the one for amps, because if you use the power ant one, it will shut off when you use the CD player.

Yeah, amp remote is blue with a white wire. Antenna remote is just blue. If you only have blue you can split it off. The only downside is that when you have both the antenna goes down when your listening to CD's, but if you only have one wire it will be up all the time except for when your radio is off.

If you are going to use the remote wire for both, make sure that you use a relay other wise you could blow the remote turn on in the HU.
