No I don't... emoji

You just inspired me to work on my trunk setup. I ran into a little snag. I have 3 10's so OZ's setup was out of the question for me(Even though that 's what I really wanted.) I built a box(Sounds great!)This is similar to what I expect my setup to look like:

My problem is how do I make the top layer? I don't know how to measure it with all those curves in our trunks. I would like it to look flush.

Any help or advice would be appreciated.

yup, thats why i did.

take large card board boxes and cut them. i used several pieces, take one paice and cut it to match one side, take another peice for the other side, another peice for the back, etc... then tape them all together. once you have it right, trace it onto wood and cut.

easy as cake!

no, the easyest way to get the curves is with a gehto tool I make! Really just get a piece of long wirewith a loop at the end for a wire. Now with paper taped on the floor, now run the wire around the trunk and that will draw the curves.

yeah that actually how I made my little card board pieces it made myself a 8" strip of cardboard with a point on one end and a pen poked through on the other then just scribed one section at a time onto a piece of carboard. Then I just pieced it all together.
