I don't have a lot of time to go into it today cause I don't feel well...but basically strip everything out of your trunk and just start sealing it. Any place where you have double walls fill it with expanding foam (make sure you shave off anything that expands out and makes a strange bump) then go over everything with Dynamat extreme. I know it ads weight to our cars, but you'll be riding much quieter. As for your wing make sure it's tightend down. If it is you may want to cut a piece of Dynamat that is the same shape as the contact points between your wing and the deck. Make it smaller so you can't really see it there...take the wing off, place the dynamat on it then bolt it back on tightly.
