Blue only is the power antenna lead if you have 2 blue wires. Usually on top end stuff like Alpine you'll have a blue wire and a blue wire with a white stripe. If this is the case with yours the one with the white wire is your remote. If you use the blue only wire your amp will only come on with your radio and not with your cd player.
