It says that it comes with a woofer. Is it possible to get just the box and buy a diff sub, or is the one that comes with it good? Thanks for pics guys.

JL Audio is good stuff, and from what I have seen the box comes with the sub. If you really wanted to waste some money you could replace the sub, but you wouldn't need to.

Anyone know approx how much these things go for? I'm guessing 300-500 bux

i would imagine that you could go to most well known audio shops/stores and have them get it.. search on the jl audio site for their vendors in your area, and ask them..

Not sure why you would want to replace a JL sub with something else, but it wouldn't sound as good if you dropped another sub in there as those enclosures are tuned and built for the sub that is in there. ONly way to have it still sound good would be if you found another brand of sub with almost the same specs as the one that is in there...
