this has been by far the worst place I have ever dealt with. I first bought an amp there last year, then in the summer it went bad. I returned it in August to get repaired, it took them 9 months to get it back to me and it still wasn't fixed. Then they told me that they'd give me anything on their site at a discounted price and now when I ordered something they're backing out of the deal and are saying they can't do anything for me. On their site they claim to be customer service oriented but it has been my worst experience with online shopping and now i'm out almost $300.
