Could be a number of things. Motor is dead, motor isn't getting power, etc. remove the rear panel so you can get to the antenna. Then check to see if your getting power etc.

does your trunk light work? if it doesn't work either, it could be a blown fuse.. the fuse is in the box under the hood.. check the book for the specific one.. did you just install a cd player or anything? if you did.. the antennae power on wire might not be hooked up..

is it making noise??? the inside peice (flange??) might have broken or got jammed. i had to replace my antenna twice! after it broke the last time i yanked all that shit out and put in an after markent antenna.

Check the power wires. If I do remember there should be 2 of them that should run hot. If not you can always run another wire from your receivers remote turn on wire to send a signal to it.
