Man, i need help. I'm getting engine noises. I had an old amp that was working ok, untill it died on me... Now i replaced it with a new one. Using the same cables and everthing, but now I get the damn engine noise. As I step on the gas, the noise gets louder. Do you guys now anything that I can do? This new amp is pushing the regular side speakers. I got kicker tweeter up in the dash and pulk 6.5 and 6x9s. It's a 400W amp. I did somethings... like I have connected my sub amp, side amp and my stereo to the same ground. but didn't work... I got couple of grounds connected and stuff but doesn't work... One thing i did made the sound a lot less... is when i connected both amps grounds together..one ground terminal straight to the other ground terminal. I don't know why but made the sound less.
But still loud enough...HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP

That's not true. You won't induce noise through the speaker wires. What you're thinking of is the signal (RCA) cables. If you run the power wire and the signal cables next to each other there is a greater chance of noise. It sounds to me that you have a bad ground. I would try moving the grounds again. Also, what level is the gains set to on your amps. The amplifier gains adjusts the input level from the signal cables. The higher they're set the greater chance of induced noise. What type of amps do you have? A lot of cheap amps will always have engine noise. Let me know.

Youre right ^^^. Thats what i meant but worded it completely wrong. When I installed my amp, I had to wire the power and RCA cables not close by each other.

i got a 4ch 400W Legacy amp of the internet. I got a buddy that has one and his sounds good. But it was pretty cheap... I do have the power wires and the RCA and Speaker wires running on different sides. I did move the ground around couple more times...but still has that noise.
