#2763, "Alarm Question"

I did a search but could not come up with thie answer so I figured I would give it a shot. I just onstalled a Prestige alarm on my car, it came with every goody known to man down to auto windows and sunroof and auto locks, starter disable, and so on. I only hooked up the horn, parking light flasher, and auto locks for now. My problem is, I cant get the damn thing to arm and disarm. It will go panic and when it does, locks lock and horn honks and parks flash so I know all those are hooked up correctly but all it will do is panic. I read through the 35 instruction manuals it came with and I would not find anything about a certain way to arm it the first time so I am lost. Did I miss something or maybe someone else had the same problem?

i would think to first check the setup on the remote.. i just have an auto stater and its a two button remote.. but its got features for just pressing the button, holding down the button, and pressing bth buttons.. if that's fine, double check the wiring... or maybe call up the company.. maybe other people have had the prob..
