I bought that 15" Eclipse sub from you a few months ago. I can't locate the maual and I was wondering if you knew how big the box should be for the sub. Thanks for the help man. Can I get the manual offline somewhere?

haha did you loose it? I thought i sent it with the sub, but i don't remember I believe the sub wants around a 1 cu.ft of airspace sealed. Don't go any lower than this. I'm sure you can go up to 2 cu.ft with it, might go lil lower, but slightly not as loud..I have mine in a 1.2 cu.ft. sealed box, and it sound damn good. I'd like it a litlle bit lower for bass though, so i would build a 1.5 cu.ft sealed box for it, that would do just fine.

I don't know if I had it at one time and I lost it or what but I can't find. Anyway... I like your setup. Do you have the sub in a box and then the box sits in that fake floor? Do you have a spare? And with 1.5 feet of space needed what are the dimensions? Thanks for the help man.

Well i have a simple sealed box, that part of it sits in the spar tire well(no spare), and half of it sits above the well line. I have the top of the box coverd with a board, and the amps mounte to it. To find cu ft of airspace, take your measurements of a box in inches, and multiply LxWxH. Then divide this result by 1728, and this will give you a number in cu ft. So you are multipling 3 numbers in inches to get cu inches, then dividing by 1728 to convert to cu ft. By using this formula, you can make up you own dimentions..Be sure to account for wood thickness also.
