ok...i am installing my cd player and need to know which wire to hook the 12V memory wire on my cd player to. i have all the speakers right, have it grounded, have the antenna wire right, plugged in the black wire to the cd player, checked the fuses and i still cant get it to work. there is a power wire(red) and a 12V memory wire(yellow) on the cd player...i hooked the power wire to the red wire in the car and am left with a black w/yellow stripe wire and a green w/gray stripe wire from the car, which one do i hook the 12V memory wire to? i tried em both but no luck. or is there another way to do it? i need some help here. thanks in advance!

You should have a stock plug that plugged into your stock deck. Usually aftermarket decks come with a harness. If you still have the factory plug for the stereo, I would consider calling your local stereo shop and asking if they have a harness in stock for your car. If not, you can use a test light to see which one is constant power. It should not be that hard to figure out. Just test all the wires.
