Do you have a system? Be sure all of your grounds are good, tight and on bare metal. Sounds like a bad ground connection some where. You get this clicking type sound with the turn signals? Check your grounds..

probably bad grounds. although i had a simliar issue when i ran my battery real low. the sound was like a distorted blinker sound, it was coming from the blinker itself and not the stereo speakers. are you sure its the speakers??? might want to check your alternator if your running a system, lots of neons, etc...

since your using mostly factory stuff, chances are it's not a ground problem.
Is it coming from all the speakers or just one. Maybe one of the speakers has a bad connection seeing as thats all you've done as far as stereo upgrades.
