I need to get a speaker enclosement and I thought I wanted the ones the are custom made to fit in the side of our trunk, but they are about $400-700. I don't quite have this kind of money right now since I just bought rims and tires. What do you guys have? I'd like to take up minimum trunck space. Pictures would be great.

Those Stealth boxes are nice but I think they are over priced. Just get a decent 12" sub (fusion or eclipse) and push it to one side where the Stealth sub would go. For what it is I really don't think it's worth it. You could also try one of those powered sub things. They aren't alot of bass and they are one the expensive side but they take away having to get an amp and can be mounted just about anywhere. Good luck with it, let us know what you decide to do.

The stealth boxes are perfect and exactly what I'm looking for, but they are way overpriced and I was wondering if any other company made anything similar. I'm still looking for ideas on what you guys have done with yours. I definately don't want them to take up my whole trunk but I want them to look nice and flush for the show.

If you want bass and don't have much space, go with the Bazooka RS10A. I needed a lot of space in my trunk to fit a string bass in so I got the bazooka so I would have enough room. I didn't buy the bazooka over other subs because it would sound better. But, it turns out that it sounds a lot better then other 10s and even 12s that I have heard. Even if you aren't woried about trunk space, the bazooka is really nice. It's good sound and can be really loud and it kicks hard. I also choose the bazooka because it was only $266 (shipping included) and came with everything that I needed except wire. It's powered so you don't need an amp. It's in it's own encloser so you don't need a box. It's also easier to install then other sub boxes and amps. And if you need room, it's easy to take out for the extra space.
The bottom line: only $266. has it's own amp, easy to install, easy to take out, and doesn't take up as much room as other subs and it sounds better then other subs.
Be sure to get the RS, not the EL. and make sure you get the powered sub (RS10A) (unless you have a nice amp already)
I got it from www.dealznet.com for $244 plus $22 for shipping. best price I found. Hope this helps and I hope you go for the bazooka. *Ask TuffRS about it. He got one and loves it too.
