okay im hooking up my cd player, but no one in my town has a wiring harness for the eclipse/talon, so i have to wire it the hard way, does anyone know what the color codes are for all the wires? well i just tryed to get back there and there are a bunch of different colored wires back there, like grey/red, yellow/red, yellow/blue, black/blue, black/red, red, blue, green/silver, all on the harness that went to my stock cd player, and i dont know what is to what, so i dont wanna cut any wires yet.

NO ONE in town has a harness?? Thats odd. The plug usually fits most mitsubishi's. What ever you do, don't cut the wires. I personally wouldn't want to do that. If you can't find it in town, check places like Best Buy, Circuit City, local stero shops, radio shack, Wal-mart, or any place that has car audio. Get one off of the internet if you can wait for a few days. As far as the wiring colors, i'm not too sure, never had to find them out on our cars yet. Check out the factory manual in the electronics section, you might be able to find the schematic diagams in there..Here is the link to download. http://www.heavenz-not-0verflowing.com/files Try a search for the online version of the manual so you dont have to download it. I can't remember off the top of my head what it was..
