Well i USED to be a monster bass head. Man, i would have that ish cranked up driving everywhere! Esp in my old grand prix with my two 15's. At over 150 decibels, it starts to really hurt the ears. My eyeballs would jump up and down with the bass some, making my vision look funny and blurry. I can tell to a small extent that i have lost just a little bit of my hearing sensitivity, and thats why i keep it down most of the time now. I only have 1 of those 15's in my ride now, and actually, i have been keeping the music down to listen to my car's sounds more, esp when racing or whatever. Its less distraction, and the muffler sounds cool too Trust me, loud bass for any extended time, WILL damange your ears, so be careful. Now when i see the younguns boomin, i just think to myself that how cool will they feel when they cant hear a damn thing when they are 40. I sure would like to be able to hear when i'm older. So just be careful out there for all you bass headz!! I guess i just grew out of the mega bass, and now, speed and performance are my interests and goals for the clipse..Anyway, happy bumpin

I used to be really into bass as loud as possible but latly I've preferred S.Q. over big boom. I like just the right amout of bass but with the ability to really bang when I want to crank it.
