You probally already have one! Look behind your deck and see if you have a smaller "antenna plug". If you do, thats the one that connects to the rear hatch glass. The defroster lines in the hatch near the top are actually an antenna.
They also have FM signal boosters that are supposed to work well with internal antennas. I've never used one but know they're out there.
