Last weekend my amp fried. I was running 2 12" alpine type r's(bridged) on it and it burned u . So i have to get a new one. What would you guys recommend for an amp to run my alpines on?

2 mono-block alpines pdx-1.600 or pdx-1.1000 or you can go for the oldschool V12 series and look for a 757 or a 1000 series

Get a JL mono block. I have a couple of them and love them! A 500/1 should be plenty of power for 2 12's or see if you can find a good deal on a 100/1.
