I have that same Problem with my stockers, the only thing that fixed it was a new harness

Make sure none of the wires at your speaker are touching the chasis, that was my prob.. Make sure all wires that have been stripped are either soldered or twisted together tightly. Make sure all connections are wrapped in electical tape. ummm... also check to see if the rear speaker wires in your headunit wiring harness are still connected.
