#12610, "new stereo installed, no power to speakers"

hey guys i have a 99 eclipse gs and i just installed a pioneer avic-n3 and everything is working except the speakers have no power, if i turn up the volume to max i can hear sound from the speakers.
I have a 6 speaker system so i believe i have a infinity amplifier which could be causing the problems. How can i disable the amp without rewiring the speakers thanx.

I apologize i did not have time to search.

Check under the passenger seat, if you have the infinity amp this is where it's located. Just unplug the rectangle wire harness going to it and you'll be all good.
