Well I just got a new monitor to put in my car, but I'm having some trouble connecting all the cables. There is one cord end that connects to the monitor and it forks into two. One wire ends with a white and yellow and the other ends with a red and a wierd shaped plug. Its a Lilliput 218GL-70TV. It also says this: PAL/NTSC auto conversion. 2 Video inputs plus 1 Audio input. What I want to know is where the hell each of these go? Do the yellow and white go into the inputs in the back of my deck. But then what about the audio (red)? TIA everybody! PS Anyone have any mounting ideas?

well, yellow is video. REd and white are both for sound (L and R). How does the screen get power? if its just those, then the other one is probably for a power source, but then again, it would have to plug into something because theres no seperate power/ground cable.

My visor screens have yellow and white RCA inputs. Both are for video. In your case since it says 2 video and 1 audio input, the yellow and white may be video inputs and the red may be an audio input as you probably dont have a need for stereo sound on something that small.

Well the power is just to the cig lighter. Where would I connect the red input though. If that is for audio where do i hook it up to? There is no red input in the back of my deck. So then with the yellow and white rca's those just go in the back of my deck. I'm really just confused as to where the red (audio) goes?

First off what kind of deck do you have? As for the Yellow and white RCA's, the yellow RCA would go to a video source(DVD player,Xbox,PS2,etc...) while the white is there for a second video source if necessary. The red would go to your deck in one of the RCA outputs.

Ok thats all correct and I do have the monitor working now. Only now theres a new problem....I was just sliding the deck back into place and there was like a popping noise that came from my subs and now neither my front or rear speakers work. Only the subs are on now. This really really is bad and I hope that I didnt somehow blow my speakers. They just like popped with like a loud frequency noise. Its hard to explain.
