on my 97 eclipse my alarm has current sensing. and for some reason my car must have something power on or off about a min after i get done driving the car and put the alarm on. because of this my alarm always ends up going off after i set it. sometimes it takes longer for it to happen but does anyone know what is powering on or off to make this happen? i know somethin with ignition coil casue i had fog light connected to the accessory wire on the coil and they would turn on after the car was off by them selves for about a min..??

91 civic hatch, homemade turbo+ LS motor = 12 sec street car.

Does your alarm have a shock adjustment? Mine does and if I set it really high, I can yell at the car and set the alarm off. If you do, just turn it down. If its like mine, the adjusment box is zip tied to the steering column under the dash. I dont know if thats where it was put when the car was made but thats where mine is.
