I know this sounds really stupid, but I bought my Star Stage II kit used from a member here years ago and it was missing some stuff. I finally got around to installing it recently and I could have swore the kit should have came with a fuel cut defender, but I can't seem to locate it. Does the Star kit come with one? If so, what does it look like? Maybe I overlooked it.

Anyone know anyone who can help me tune this in the Pittsburgh area (Greensburg)?
