I assume you run the 4 puck ceramic disk? Ceramic likes heat to grab, but when it over heats, it slips like hell..Even though you were on slicks, i'd try a lower rpm launch..like 4000-4500, and "slower" clutch dump. Since you said it was fine on the highway, then its that intense amount of heat at the launch that made it slip..mine will do the same thing at 15 psi..its fine on the highway, but slips at the track..sucks..
