you need to mount it as high up on the pan as you can so it drains correctly. mine is as high as it will go and right in the middle of the pan. sorry i dont have a pic. if you are bolting it on, make sure put silicone sealer around the threads so it doesnt leak cuz it will if you dont. hope this helps. points!
