I think it would work if you were not running a muffler. The dyno shop i go to has a grand national. They said that with a muffler on the exhaust it created to much pressure in the exhaust in combination with the turbo slowing down the exhaust gas(which would reduce the Bernoulli's affect) to work. In fact they said that with a muffler it actually would blow exhaust into the crankcase.
