I didn't have to cut any of my pipes ... I did however have to hack off about 3/4 of the splash guard on the drivers side to route the piping. If you really feel you have to cut the pipe, use a hacksaw, bandsaw, or brick cutter. Remember, though, if you cut the end off that pipe, you're going to lose the little rib in it that keeps it from sliding past the hose clamp, and could result in a leak that you can't fix.
