I just purchased a 97-99 front bumper on ebay. The seller has had very poor communication, he refuses to reply to my emails. I sent him emails prior to the end of the auction and after the end of the auction. I just recieved the invoice asking for payment. He is charging me $100 for shipping from Carrollton, VA to Fort Wayne, IN 46835. I think this is excessive. Also he won't reply to me when I ask the exact condition of the bumper, I asked where all of the kicks and scratches are. I am very hesitant to pay a seller with this poor of communication, especially when he asks for this much to ship it.
