yup. Or just go with the normal 1st mods. Filter, UICP, BOV, boost guage, MBC. In that order.
Search for free mods also. You can do those to a stock car with out hurting anything to get a little more power...
edit: Check out DSMTrader.com, you'll be able to find an uicp and 1st gen BOV for cheap.
