well, number one, your link is fucked up. But I figured it out.
That BOV is a chinese knock off of a Greddy type-s. The genuine ones weren't that bad and I rocked one for awhile. You may want to search and see how those hold up.
If the flange is the same on that as the genuine version, you CAN make it work with a 1G flange, you just have to drill some holes in the flange on the uicp.
