Yes, do what Tony said. But I would also like to ask why you bought a car that you have zero experience with and is not running (or running well at all)? It's one thing if you at least know how to fix it...well I hope you at least gain some experience from this. But you need to do the work yourself if you are ever going to have a chance with this car.
