Originally posted by Pitchblack98 I have no idea what he does to fix it. But he is an actual repair shop. Its basically an auto repair shop and he specialized in DSM only. I trust him to work on my car, but again I still dont know what kinda fix he has for crankwalk. He has a lot of money and motors invested in finding a cure for it. He currently abusing a 7 bolt daily right now to try and make it walk. as far as I know it hasnt yet. He claims to have been driving the car daily for over a year now and he drags it constantly at bandimere during the summer. Dont take my word for it. Just try to contact him and see what kind of info he can give you.
i wouldnt think CW has anything to do with how you treat the car though. there have probly been grandma's that walked when they obviously dont beat on the car, as well as tuner's that dog it 24/7 and dont walk. either way, im sure mitsu has put a lot of research into it and have figured out why, they just dont want to tell everyone because that would then place blame on them and they might get pressured into fixing any 7bolt that walks between x and x miles.
has anyone heard of an evo8 walking? i think i saw a story somewhere, but it wasnt proven or something.
