But not knowing all of the previous mods, and what he has done to it (as far as abuse) I wouldn't offer more than $11k.
he said he's selling it to get an EVO, so maybe he kept the turbo and intercooler for that (i know evos have FMICs, but maybe it's bigger than stock). He said he would strip all the mods and sell it to me for the blue book price, but I wouldn't be able to get a shep stage 3 tranny, ACT clutch, and a flywheel for under $4k. I dunno. Sucks that I pretty much need a car ASAP, since I'm having problems with mine
