yeah, quite funny how howell as so many "miscommunications". the guy obviously had a HORRIBLE time with this mfg....and on top of all that he was made to sound like a bad person. i believe howell was the FIRST one to come on here and make a scene. and now that i hear this guys story....i can see why. they heard he was gonna go here to 2gnt and tell everyone...and before he could get a chance howell thought theyd pull a fast one and turn it around on this guy.
guy has documentation out the wazoo...and howell just came on there with no real documentaion of the situation and accused the guy of stealing. i already know they are a bit shady..and this one is the straw right there. ill be buying my parts from another dealer. i dont need to wonder when my parts will show up..if at all..and now if ill be slandered. "customer service" eh? sounds like there is NONE for this retailer.
