Strange how we have all had different luck at the dealers with this recall. I've had two vehicles get the recall work done for free twice. They first protested that the recall had been done already but both times I insisted that the recall stated they had to change them if they were bad regardless of the prior recall/inspection history or ownership. Both times I got called back a few days later to make an appointment and I got a free second set installed. Maybe I just had a better dealer here in Mesa. Unfortunately, they are one of the dealerships chosen to be closed by Chrysler.
