Chrysler is Failing. They are trying to bring back old cars like the Avenger and Sebring.

GM is doing nothing but designing new model cars. Why would GM even consider merging with a company who knows they have nothing to offer any more.

It will not happen. Was the same thing awhile back when Ford was trying to merge with GM.
