O.K. i live in a verrrry small town in tennessee where the only thing to do is go hang out at wal-mart or do drugs. and since i like neither i'm always bored here. anyway me and a friend are riding around bored as shit then out of nowhere this corvette comes around the corner with a widebody kit and a liscense plate that reads "rarevet" and also on the back bumper a sticker that read lingenfelter twin turb 427!!!!!!!!!!! as i pick up my jaw from the floor i tell my friend to get up beside him to see if he'll rev it. no such luck so he turned off pretty soon after that so i was like this is a rare car we gotta talk to the guy, so we follow. he parks and we ask him to rev it up and he smiled and revved the shit out of it. V8 growl mixed with a BOV is the sexiest sound ever!! we get to talk to the guy for like 15 minutes or so then he just asks us if we want to ride. hell yes we wanna ride. this car is amazing. it's the only widebody 427 twin turbo lingenfelter ever built and the body is designed to stay stable at 200+ MPH. 0-60 in around 2 sec. and 0-120 in 6. by far the most amazing car i've ever riden in. the greatest part of the night is when the dude said "if anyone is going slow in front of me this happens.." and proceeds to flip a switch that makes his light flash like a cop car. here is a link to the car when it was in corvette magazine, i'm still in shock!!! http://www.corvettemagazine.com/2002/august/widebody/excess-1.asp
