That's exactly right. You have to cut your bumpstops a bit when doing this isntallation(I think it's about 20+ mm's). Also, you're right again, no cutting is required for the rear. I recommend using some sort of spring compression for the fronts as they are a tad tight (not terrible though). The rears don't even really need a compressor. I hope you're doing your struts at the same time b/c it'll take you the same amount of time do the whole thing anyways PLUS your stock struts won't last 6 months after being lowered.
