with an offset of only 2mm out of perfect for our 42mm i would think they will fit perfectly. as for rolling the fenders, it depends on your lowering height. here was my situation...
first i had 18s with 225/40s and they rubbed pretty hard out back but when i changed to 18s and 215/40 pirellis i had no rubbing at all. now i have heard one rub on a hard bump the other day with 225/35/19s. i would say if you go any lower than one inch with either a 225/40 or a 215/45 you should cut the fenders
