#31017, "2g stratus swaybar on a 2g eclipse."
Jan-24-08 04:18 AM by Volgrath

i was at the junkyard, and i noticed a 2g stratus R/T that had a rather THICK (20mm) swaybar. after doing a little investigation, i realized that it would bolt up to the member using the 2gstratus bushings and the sway bar would avoid scraping against the wall that holds the spare tire in. however, the endlinks were a different story. With a little bit longer endlink, like the one off the front swaybar. It looks like the swaybar isn't as wide as the stock 13mm. thicker, but less wide. SO in order to get them to bolt up, i may need to use the front endlinks off of an eclipse/talon/avenger/sebring(withing the 95-99 era)in order to make it meet with the arm. I tried using the 2g stratus arms on the 2g eclipse, but to no avail, different length arms.

has anyone else tried this? or am i a pioneer on what could possibly be a cheap suspension upgrade?
