#29395, "lower control arm torque"

i just replaced my lower control arm on the drivers side and torqued the bolts on the arm to a little over 70 ft-lbs. i didn't think much of it until just now. does the arm pivot on the bolts themselves or does that sleeve rotate? i guess what i'm asking isa should i worry about the bolts being over torqued?
