Have you considered havin' your rear quarter panels "pushed out" with a Fender Puller? Bein' that it's goin' to the shop, you should inquire about it, find out if they do it... If they do, it shouldn't run more then $50.00 a fender... Bein' that your rears are rubbin' only, you really only need to do those... Altho' when I do mine (I'm buyin' the tool) I'm doin' all four... It'll look nice regardless if you do all or jus the rear... It may very well make it look similiar to havin' fender flares, dependin' on how much they push it/them out... Doin' this will solve your problem and save you money from buyin' new suspension parts...

P.s. If you get this done, be sure they heat up the edge of the fender (ie: heat gun) to prevent any paint from chippin'...
