If you can't see what's interfering with the rotor by looking at it from behind the hub, maybe you could place some modelling clay on obvious things like brackets, hub, wheel studs, suspension arms that it might be hitting. If you read the posts you would have known we've been talking about the rotor hats...If you read my recent post is says I removed caliper, dust shield, and studs. So now we only are looking at the hub which is clean. Rotor still does not seat...why because hat is to small....
