Shocks/struts really do not affect the ride height really. All in the springs. If 2GNTs used shocks instead of struts, you could drive it around without shocks and bounce all around the ride height would be the same
Your front springs may not be matched that well, or perhaps now that you have larger diameter wheel/tire combo the difference is more noticeable. 2GNTs do have more weight on one corner because of the way the distribution is. I have not heard of a gap difference as great as yours however.
EDIT: Trouble could also possibly be from worn bushings.
