We have a pressure release valve that lowers the pressure by engine RPM (which is directly related to PS Pump RPM and thus PS pump pressure - more rev, more pumped fluid, higher pressure, more pressure bled off), so all you'd have to do is further shim open the release valve to lower the PS pressure overall, which would give you less "finger-touch" power steering, and more feedback.
